The Role
You will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants aged 65 and over, supporting them in maintaining their independence at home.
Play a critical role in providing care for aged care clients, focusing on improving mobility, independence, and quality of life while managing chronic conditions, preventing falls, and enhancing overall well-being.

You Will Possess:
* A Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
* Adaptive communication skills to engage with varied participants, stakeholders and staff members
* Demonstrated experience working within the NDIS and/or Aged Care Frameworks and billable targets
* Demonstrated experience using a variety of assessment tools and completing complex reports
* Driver Licence, Reliable Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid Certificate, and COVID-19 Vaccination.
