Job Purpose:
We are a hiring a Sales Account Executive to expand our client base and enhance our reach in the global hiring market. You will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition and revenue growth efforts. You’ll take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals—making full 360 sales experience essential.
This is a fully remote role with the requirement the candidates must live in the UK, speak fluent English, and have SaaS / Recruitment / Job Board sales experience with a strong understanding of sales processes for UK SMBs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively source new sales opportunities through outbound channels, including cold calling, targeted emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
2. Be confident and ready to engage in cold calling as a primary outreach method.
3. Assess and establish client needs to effectively position solutions that meet their requirements.
4. Drive revenue by closing sales and meeting or exceeding monthly quotas.
5. Conduct thorough research on target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate initial interest.
6. Expand and manage a robust database of prospects within your assigned territory to sustain a healthy pipeline.
7. Conduct impactful online demos for prospects, showcasing product value and relevance.
8. Present and validate the ROI of our solutions to prospects to build stronger interest and trust.
9. Build and maintain strong client relationships with outstanding interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
10. Reporting and analysing sales KPIs
11. A professional and very dynamic person that can adapt to the ever-changing start-up environment
12. Must be self-motivated and deliver on agreed commitments in a professional and timely manner
13. Leverage prospecting platforms effectively, including LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other sales technologies.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role where outbound voice constitutes at least 75% of your outbound activities
2. Experience using LinkedIn, CRM, Excel, and Microsoft Office products
3. Clear drive and desire to learn
4. Excellent communicator in both spoken and written English
5. Proven results in a SDR role (we will seek references from past & previous managers)
