Are you a detail-oriented HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We are excited to invite applications for the position of HR & Payroll Coordinator within our Shared Service Team at our Belfast Service Centre (BT3 9JQ).
In this pivotal role, you will manage key HR and Time & Attendance functions, ensuring our team members receive accurate and timely payments. You will also maintain essential employee data and provide expert advice on HR policies, contributing to a supportive workplace culture.
Principal Accountabilities:

Monitor and control overtime, absence, and annual leave
*
Calculate and control sickness absence payments
*
Assist in onboarding new hires and managing leaver payments
*
Process payroll data changes and verify payroll runs
*
Maintain employee data security and respond to data requests
*
Provide backup support and handle DSARS
*
Produce labour cost reports and payroll reports
*
Offer employee relations advice and collaborate with the shared service team.

Essential Requirements and Experience:

High visual accuracy and good communication skills
*
Organizational skills and technical aptitude with HRIS systems
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
*
Numeracy skills and basic payroll knowledge
Desirable Requirementsand Experience:
*
Knowledge of Payroll and HR procedures
*
Familiarity with Health & Safety and Security procedures
*
Strong HR knowledge and working experience with ProMark, Workday, or Service Now
