You’ll provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and organisational development while ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice. Main Responsibilities Provide proactive, solutions-focused HR advice to line managers Support performance management processes and coach leaders effectively Manage disciplinary and grievance cases in line with company policy and legal frameworks Deliver a smooth and supportive onboarding process for new starters Lead or contribute to HR projects that drive business improvement Maintain accurate HR documentation and case files What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an HR advisory or generalist role Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices Confident communicator with excellent coaching and influencing skills Ability to work independently while supporting wider HR team goals Organised, proactive, and people-focused approach to problem solving Ready to Apply?
