Role Overview
You will be a Brand Ambassador across the L’Oréal Luxe prestigious portfolio of brands that are dominating the beauty market across Cosmetics, Skincare and Fragrance: Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Urban Decay, Giorgio Armani, and Luxury Designer Fragrances.
You will host your customers across our beauty play zones, immersing them in memorable and genuine face-to-face store experiences, developing personal connections to build trust and loyalty. As a personal shopper, you will identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored recommendations and education on products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver individual consultations, demonstrating empathy and sharing tailored recommendations as the Solo Counter Manager for your store.
2. Maintain strong business acumen, including experience in sales analysis and inventory management.
3. Self-motivate to deliver on individual sales targets, collaborating with your Area Manager to set and monitor team targets.
4. Lead by example to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences for customers.
5. Stay updated on the latest cosmetics and skincare trends and applications.
6. Develop and implement best practices for hosting new and existing customers in-store.
Training and Development
Your induction will consist of regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and Peers. You will be set up online with induction modules across Retail Skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, Fragrance, and Business/Operations Management. A full training induction will also be held in our beautiful head office in Hammersmith, London.
You will attend quarterly team trainings to learn about new launches and application techniques.
You will have access to E-Learning modules where you can develop your skills, supported by a best-in-business experience.
