Inbound Call Centre Operative - Ad hoc shifts
Location: Daventry (fully office based)
Shifts: Vary from AM, PM, and nights - YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT
Pay:
1. £11.56 (1700 - 2100)
2. £13.56 (2100 - 0200)
We are looking for an experienced customer services person who can work as bank staff within a busy call centre in Daventry to cover staff sickness and holidays. You could be called for an AM, PM, or NIGHT SHIFT - so you MUST be able to work any shift!
This job is perfect for students looking to pick up extra shifts or for someone who just wants a few shifts to work around family commitments.
You will be taking calls from social services, police, and other official bodies, handling calls, booking appropriate adults to attend interviews, and managing a diary.
This role involves using computers, handling lots of inbound calls, and working in a fast-paced environment within a smaller team.
To be considered, you MUST:
* Be local to Daventry
* Be reliable enough to work the shifts and patterns
* Have excellent communication skills
* Possess good personal organization skills
* Be willing to address problems without competition
