We’re excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social team. Working closely with our Brand & Marketing Manager, you’ll ensure that our efforts align with Justmylook’s growth objectives by driving engagement and expanding our online presence. Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a multi-channel social media and influencer strategy to grow our social channels by enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement and boosting traffic/sales.
* Plan and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with pop culture trends, key moments and brand objectives to maximise audience engagement and channel growth.
* Lead influencer activity, including campaign planning, contracts and relationship management with influencers and agencies. Expand and nurture the network of partners while identifying opportunities for impactful collaborations.
* Monitor trends and platform algorithm changes to ensure content is optimised for maximum reach and relevance.
* Initiate and manage brand collaborations, partnerships, giveaways and customer/influencer events to amplify brand awareness, support key partnerships and increase engagement.
* Oversee social reporting and analysis, sharing actionable insights to refine strategies, exceed targets and improve campaign performance.
* Drive community management strategies to build meaningful connections, grow a loyal customer base and boost organic engagement.
* Manage and inspire the social team, ensuring cohesive content creation, scheduling and performance tracking. Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
* Collaborate across departments to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives including campaigns and launches.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager managing accounts with a following of 100k+. Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment, ideally within the beauty, fashion or lifestyle industry.
* Excellent understanding of platform-specific strategies, content trends and social algorithms across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
* Hands on experience with influencer management, building strong partnerships with content creators.
* Analytical mindset with experience in social reporting, focusing on using social media to drive customer engagement, traffic and conversions and using insights to optimise strategies.
* Strong portfolio of work, showcasing expertise in content creation (still, video and written) for social platforms.
