About Us The unicorn company Arctic Wolf was founded in the USA in 2012 and is a leader in security operations in an exciting and fast-growing industry - cybersecurity. Our commitment to customer and employee satisfaction, combined with a stable track record characterised by doubling our sales and employee numbers for five consecutive years, have made us an industry leader. In April 2021, we decided to expand globally with the goal of providing companies worldwide with first-class protection. Arctic Wolf is therefore a global leader in security operations, delivering the first cloud-native security operations platform to end cyber risk. Powered by threat telemetry spanning endpoint, network, and cloud sources, the Arctic Wolf Security Operations Cloud ingests and analyses trillions of security events each week to enable critical outcomes for most security use cases. The Arctic Wolf Platform delivers automated threat detection and response at scale and empowers organisations of any size to stand up world-class security operations with the push of a button.
Our mission is simple! End Cyber Risk and we are looking for a technology-minded marketer to support a core set of demand centre global services for our demand, channel, customer and field marketing teams to make this happen.
About the Role

Responsibilities
1. Build Marketo event, webinar and direct mail programs to support acquisition and engagement marketing goals.
2. Own incoming assigned internal requests for programs in Wrike from multiple stakeholders and drive solution build to completion across teams – from list builds to program builds.
3. Work hand-in-hand with marketing teams to understand requirements and build marketing campaigns for EMEA Region.
4. Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable processes and solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
5. Work closely with the Database Operations team to optimise lead flows, including routing to sales, enrichment and tracking.
6. Manage projects effectively, identify and escalate any potential campaign conflicts.
7. Report on campaign performance to identify relevant trends, provide recommendations for ongoing optimisation and drive implementation.
8. Collaborate with Demand Center and Marketing teams on best practices for workflow and optimisation of programs.
9. Increase expertise and efficiencies within our current demand centre tool set (Marketo, Sendoso, ON24).
10. Ensure program setup and promotions follow industry policies and best practices.
Qualifications
1. 5 years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on managing and using Marketo.
2. Deep understanding of GDPR and EMEA-specific data privacy laws.
3. Experience in a fast-paced B2B and/or SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of demand generation.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
5. Strong written, copyediting and verbal communication skills.
6. An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
7. Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
