Location: Home based (with travel UK wide to support venue installation sign off)
Salary: from £43,080 + 10% bonus

Responsibilities:
* Identifying and developing sales opportunities and activities through various partnership organizations to deliver customer growth targets.
* Managing a team of Account Managers to achieve sales growth targets, including planning, coordination, and performance review.
* Acting as Principal Account Management contact for external partners, building relationships with Senior Managers.
* Executing the operating plan through collaboration with internal Senior Management and stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering Operating Plans to recruit new Domestic Sales opportunities and partnerships.
* Identifying growth opportunities through B2B partnerships.
* Meeting sales targets in line with the Sales Plan.
* Providing guidance and support to businesses contracting with ScottishPower for domestic sales.
* Initiating complex negotiations to secure partnerships.
* Frequent account management of partners, reviewing performance and recommending improvement plans.
* Establishing reporting and controls for ongoing performance monitoring.
* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory commitments.
* Reporting sales and competitor activities to senior management.
* Leading and motivating the team and managing recruitment and hiring within budget constraints.
* Managing controllable costs and implementing sales strategies.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in face-to-face sales, particularly venue sales.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
* Strong verbal and presentation skills.
* Numerate and analytical skills.
* Commercial focus on margin optimization.
* Line management experience in Sales or Project Management.
* Understanding of Outsourced Sales and Face-to-Face sales channels.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant numerical discipline.
