Purpose of the role
Reporting to the Head of Delivery & PMO, the PMO Coordinator will be responsible for administering the project portfolio and reporting progress to stakeholders and the Senior Leadership Team. The role will require collaboration and support of IT and business project managers across the organization in ensuring project status, risks, and issues are being maintained. The role will ensure the Conexus project management governance process is being adhered to and will support colleagues in the creation of business cases, project budget management, and project reporting. This role will also act as a central departmental administrator to the IT function working under the direction of the Head of IT Services.
Responsibilities:
1. Administer the project portfolio and report progress to stakeholders.
2. Collaborate and support IT and business project managers.
3. Ensure adherence to project management governance processes.
4. Support in the creation of business cases and project budget management.
5. Act as a central departmental administrator to the IT function.
What we’re looking for:
1. Relationship building with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and geographies.
2. Ideally exposure to Monday.com and usage of PowerBI reporting.
3. 3 years of experience in a project management or PMO role.
Technical Knowledge:
1. Knowledge of Project Management methodologies i.e. Prince2, PMI, Agile Scrum Master.
2. Intermediate MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Numerate – understanding of basic accounting and return on investment.
