Job summary Brain Injury Linkworker - Assistant Psychologist 8 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: North Wales Salary: £26,513 per annum Hours: 35 hour contract, flexible working hours available Brainkind's Award-Winning Brain Injury Linkworker (BIL) Service, we are delighted to advertise for an Assistant Psychologist Brain Injury Linkworker to join our team across Wales in HMP Berwyn and Probation Services The BIL neurorehabilitation services is currently located in three prison establishments across Wales. This is a hybrid working position with travel to HMP Berwyn and Probation Services located in North Wales for 3-4 days a week where they will be working with adult men in prison in the criminal justice system. Our Brain Injury Linkworker, who will be part of the Brainkind Policy & Social Change Team will work with adult men in prison in the criminal justice system. The project is funded by the Ministry of Justice, Wales. This is a high-profile role, building on research in the area of brain injury within the Criminal Justice System. The post is ideally suited to an experienced Assistant Psychologist with specialist knowledge of brain injury and experience of working with people with complex needs.
