Job Description:
Proclinical is seeking an Employee Relations Associate to join a centralized team providing support for UK-based employees. This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR services, balancing the needs of employees and supervisors to enhance business performance. You will act as a subject matter expert in employee relations, handling day-to-day responsibilities and urgent requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and counsel supervisors on team effectiveness, employee development, policy application, and performance management.
- Guide employees on workplace issues, performance expectations, and personal matters, referring them to experts when necessary.
- Conduct and manage HR investigations, including planning, documenting, and communicating outcomes.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on employee relations and investigation processes.
- Participate in projects and workshops to improve HR processes and enable supervisors.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- CIPD qualification.
- Experience in Human Resources with a focus on Employee Relations.
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and maintain objectivity.
- Proficient in conducting difficult conversations and influencing at all levels.
- Excellent critical thinking, judgment, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation abilities.
