As a Site Co-ordinator, a typical day might include:
1. Cleaning and upkeep of the buildings, communal areas, and grounds on site.
2. Cleaning all indoor facilities, including frames and glass doors, mopping and vacuuming, as necessary.
3. Emptying bins on site, litter picking on and around the site, and general upkeep to ensure areas are tidy and presentable, both externally and internally.
4. Help promote and market our services to ensure people know what we offer, how they can sign up, and what they can expect.
5. Assisting with front of house services.
6. As a regular point of contact for customers, playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
7. Ensuring site cover is in place at all times of opening.
8. Being proactive around health and safety, reporting, and acting upon concerns immediately.
Your role is about ensuring the centre operates efficiently and looks professional at times.
