Role overview: Drivers Mate Morley Leeds Customer Service Centre (LM0036) Permanent Full Time Grade 1 Join us as a Drivers Mate at our Bristol Customer Service Centre Not only will you bring the best products to our customers and transform their lives with technology, but you’ll be also on the road to your future career. You’ll be paired with our Delivery and Installation drivers, supporting them to deliver a range of products from washing machines, to fridge freezers or the latest 3D TV’s to our customer. Role overview: As part of your role as a Drivers Mate, you’ll be responsible for: • Lifting heavy items and completing a multi-drop driving role with one of our drivers • Ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time • Installing a range of different products for our customers • Making every customer encounter memorable and Yes, you’ll need to love being on the road, but you’ll need to love helping customers too. You will need: • Ideally, some experience being a Drivers Mate • A passion for delivering great customer service • The ability to handle heavy stock We know our people are the secret to our success.
