Holiday: 25 days annual holiday entitlement increasing to 30 days after 5 years’ service per annum plus bank holidays.
Base: The Business Centre, 2 Cattedown Road, Plymouth PL4 0EG.
Contract: 6 months from appointment.
Key responsibilities:
* To support the Head of Finance with tasks relating to the financial services of First Light.
* To manage the day-to-day financial services in liaison with the Head of Finance.
* Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices.
* Administering of the bank account(s), including processing of BACS payments.
* To prepare the monthly payroll submission.
Minimum Requirements:
* English language and mathematics GCSE or equivalent grade C or above.
* Dedicated Financial Management Experience.
* Significant experience in the day-to-day management of accounting software.
* Experience and ability to design, maintain and develop financial systems.
* Experience of managing finance in a charitable organisation.
