This role is pivotal to lead on the transformation and provision of high quality services for the community we serve. Working with an engaged team of dedicated healthcare professionals and the Divisional Management team including the Divisional Director, General Manager, Clinical Leads and Matrons, you will develop the services which deliver best practice whilst maintaining financial performance. You will be responsible for the delivery of safe, efficient and high quality care to our patients as well as progressing the services within a business focus environment.
