We are seeking a skilled, proactive individual to join our small, friendly team to provide professional advice to managers and staff on a broad range of employee relations matters. Therefore, you will be instrumental in helping services across the organisation deliver against their goals, through the provision of robust and creative people advice. Your role and responsibilities As an HR Advisor, you'll be providing expert employee relations support and advice. Your approachable manner and in-depth knowledge of employment law will make you a go-to resource for our managers, helping them navigate complex people issues with confidence. You'll draw on your casework experience to develop tailored strategies, always keeping the business context in mind. Whether you're coaching a manager through a difficult conversation, researching new regulations, or collaborating across teams, your passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience will shine through. With a keen eye for improvement, you'll look for innovative ways to streamline processes and build manager capability. If you're excited to make a positive difference by empowering our people, we'd love to hear from you You will need strong problem solving, conflict resolution, influencing and decision-making skills an in-depth understanding of employee relations casework and reaching a resolution, including the ability to balance risk with business need to be able to coach and support managers to own and resolve their people issues and achieve positive outcomes to be interested in case law and legislative changes, and able to implement and improve processes to ensure effective and compliant service deliver proven experience of developing good, positive working relationships with managers and other HR colleagues and prepared to be flexible in support of the wider HR service as required.
