A Typical Day in the Job: Resolving technical issues regarding customers' hardware, software, and networking Complete first line and second line support tasks - both internal and external utilising the internal ticketing system Take responsibility of customers issues and ensure they are fixed within a relevant time scale following service level agreements Communicate effectively with customers using the phone, live chat and email Support with password management and resets for internal staff Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM £14,000 Per annum 20 Days holiday bank holidays Standard Pension Scheme Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Have a passion for IT Knowledge of general networking and IP addressing Basic knowledge of SQL and databases An understanding of operating systems and troubleshooting problems with Windows 7 to 10 is beneficial Strong communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
