The Global Platform Management Department guarantees an increase in the volume of our clients' businesses through advertisements on different platforms: search engines, social media, affiliation, media, programmatic, among others (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Amazon, Microsoft Advertising, Programmatic, Affiliation, Media). We always work in the different phases of our clients' Customer Journeys. Our DNA is to rely on innovation and technology to be efficient with our clients' investments, and to know how to direct messages to potential users at the right place and at the right time. Measurement is key, because it allows us to reach our clients' business data.

What we’d like you to do
1. Campaign Management: Oversees and executes programmatic campaigns across various DSPs (including DV360), ensuring effective setup, optimization, and reporting.
2. Strategy Development: Contributes to the development of programmatic strategies, including audience targeting, channel selection, and budget allocation.
3. Performance Analysis: Monitors campaign performance, analyzes data, and provides recommendations for optimization.
4. Team Leadership: Manages and mentors a team of programmatic specialists or traders.
5. Vendor Management: Works with programmatic technology vendors, ensuring smooth integration and utilization of their platforms.
6. Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to improve programmatic processes and workflows.
7. Collaboration: Works closely with other teams (e.g., marketing, sales, analytics) to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
8. Budget Management: Manages programmatic budgets and ensures efficient spending.
9. Industry Knowledge: Stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
What we’d like you to bring
We are looking for someone who’s proactive and eager to learn, and has the capacity to adapt to new challenges with a positive attitude.
You have at least 3 years of experience performing similar tasks in other marketing agencies or clients.
You have managed a monthly budget of at least 40k.
You have a strong track record of managing a diverse client portfolio, as well as strong analytical skills, and know how to prioritize your tasks.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Advertising, Marketing, or Economics.
You have previous experience working with DSPs such as DV360, Quantcast, TTD.
