This exciting role of Business Development Manager involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients across the UK. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across the UK.
2. Develop sales and marketing strategies to engage, develop and appeal to a range of clients including; interior designers, architects, small, medium and large retailers.
3. Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
4. Maintain and expand the customer database through consistent follow-ups, leads generation, and cold-calling.
5. Provide expert guidance to clients regarding textile fabric options, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable solutions.
