We are looking for an experienced Team Lead managing the day-to-day tasks of our Operations Coordinators (OCs), adding supply to our cities and increasing market share while maintaining high levels of compliance and team performance.

About the role
As a Team Leader, you'll dedicate part of your work to organizing and steering the daily workload of your team. You'll provide guidance and performance feedback to a team of Operations Coordinators, ensuring high standards of compliance with council regulations. You'll be closely collaborating with key internal stakeholders: Team Leads, Senior Team Leads, Operations Managers, and the Country Manager, ensuring business objectives are achieved.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Daily/weekly/monthly management of rota, organizing location and workload of OCs.
2. OC focus/task prioritization for 4 OCs based in Birmingham and 2 OCs in Bristol.
3. Conducting weekly 1:1s with OCs, setting goals, providing feedback, and holding them accountable for performance.
4. Driver manager escalations in hub from drivers with escalated complaints.
5. Hiring and training new joiners and upskilling existing team members.
6. Managing the funnel: ensuring high-quality leads are funneled to OCs and clearing/managing registration funnels.

2. Proven ability to set SMART objectives.
3. Solution-oriented, focusing on opportunities with a positive attitude.
4. Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approach to tasks, with a test-and-learn mentality.
5. Experience leading high-performing teams in busy, fast-paced environments.
6. Proficiency with office tools, including but not limited to Google Suite.
