Job Title: SEN Tutor

£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
1. Provide individualised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). 2. Develop and implement tailored teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. 3. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEN. 4. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the holistic development of students. 5. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
A recognised teaching qualification
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Prior experience working with students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN - Knowledge of relevant educational technologies
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours - Work in an educational setting - Collaborate with students, parents, and educational professionals - Adhere to relevant policies and procedures related to SEN education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
