Overview Gallagher Benefit Services UK is looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate to support the delivery of our comprehensive marketing strategy. In this role, you will coordinate and execute campaigns, create engaging content, and support initiatives that drive lead generation, client acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and cross-sell opportunities. How you'll make an impact Collaborate with the Marketing Director and marketing team to deliver marketing plans across online and offline channels, events, PR, thought leadership, and advertising. Create and manage engaging content, including email campaigns, social media posts, SEO, brochures, and event materials, in collaboration with Marketing Operations. Develop and maintain marketing collateral for internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. Partner with stakeholders to communicate marketing plans and campaigns effectively and provide regular updates. Support internal communication strategies, including newsletters, webinars, and employee engagement initiatives. Analyse and report on the performance of marketing activities to identify improvements and ensure effective outcomes. Assist in delivering Group Marketing projects and initiatives for Gallagher Benefit Services UK. Plan, run, and manage events, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with marketing objectives. Take ownership of managing merchandise and branded materials, ensuring they are aligned with brand guidelines and consistently available for campaigns, events, and internal use About You Marketing experience, ideally in financial services or employee benefits markets. Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Strong content creation skills for email, social media, and SEO purposes. Proficiency in drafting and maintaining marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers. Knowledge of compliance risks related to marketing practices in a regulated environment. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus). Attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
