Job Role: Technical Sales Manager
Location: Southampton, Hybrid
Salary: up to £40,000 basic + uncapped OTE £50,000

What We’re Looking For:
* Must have experience in technical sales or technical after-sales support in the water of environmental industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
* A willingness to travel for on-site customer visits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Prospecting and Lead Management: Identify new business opportunities and nurture potential leads through nationwide conferences, trade shows and defined priority areas.
* After-Sales Support: Offer full-cycle product support, including on-site sensor setup for customers.
