About the Commercial Mortgage Broker Role:
As a Commercial Mortgage Broker, you will be pivotal in guiding clients through the finance process, providing expert advice, and facilitating seamless transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, where your contributions will directly impact clients’ success and the company’s growth.
This opportunity is not to be missed. All leads will be provided and we have a very exciting opportunity ready to take off. We have been overwhelmed with the amount of leads and need an experienced adviser on board.
We are based in Exeter but serve clients nationwide, with many of our introducers working in Yorkshire.
Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on commercial mortgage options tailored to their needs.
* Conduct thorough assessments of client financial situations to provide bespoke finance solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry stakeholders.
* Stay updated on market trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance.
* Process applications efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
* Collaborate with the team to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Package:
* Salary: 40k or self-employed basis.
