Location: Small Secondary School, Rural Outskirts of Andover
Hours: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only
Pay: £13.80 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting young people with Autism and associated additional needs? A small, high-achieving secondary school on the rural outskirts of Andover is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role:
1. Supporting students with Autism and additional needs in a nurturing, structured environment.
2. Working closely with teachers and specialist staff to adapt learning for individual needs.
3. Helping students develop independent life skills, vocational qualifications, and even GCSEs.
4. Completing a two-week paid induction to ensure confidence in the role before being placed on the school timetable.
