An opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Administrative Assistant in our busy and friendly school office.
This will be a job share position working 2 days per week, Thursday and Friday (Term Time only), 8.30 am – 3.30 pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
Starting salary – Hay Grade 10 (salary scale point 8) £25,992 (£13.47 per hour) pro-rata
We would like someone with excellent communication skills, who can prioritise their workload and is good at multi-tasking.
A sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher are a necessity and the role will also include the raising of purchase orders and paying of invoices. Previous experience of working with Arbor (or another school’s information system) would be desirable.

Previous experience of working in a school office would be advantageous.
