As part of the Hillcroft team, your role will involve supporting the smooth running of our household operations at our behavioural support home in Lancaster. You will be expected to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.
About You
* Previous experience is not essential
* Must have the right to work in the UK
* Undergo an enhanced DBS check (we will assist you with this)
* Have two satisfactory references (one of which must be from your last/present employer)
* Ability to demonstrate Hillcroft’s company values
