NDM Experimental Medicine, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford About the Role A Project Manager is wanted to coordinate and develop a Controlled Human Challenge Infection Model (CHIM) for hepatitis C virus (CHIM). This model would be the first-ever controlled human infection model for a blood-borne virus and will accelerate the development of HCV vaccines and eliminate HCV globally.Project partners include Imperial College (UK) and Ghent (Belgium). The study is funded by philanthropic donation. About You You will hold a graduate degree, have previous experience of working in the NHS in a research capacity, and an understanding of the governance frameworks in the UK for interventional studies. You will also have project management experience including in managing complex projects with changing demands. You will have the ability to work independently, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with people at all levels. The post is full time, however part time and flexible working hours will be considered, but the applicant will work a minimum of 0.75 FTE and the applicant will need to live close enough to central Oxford, to be able to attend face to face meetings when required.
