Role Overview:
A new opportunity has arisen within the Group Communications team for an experience Executive Assistant to help in shaping the team to deliver the next phase of the Group’s strategic communications programme.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
1. Supporting the Group Head of Communications across a wide range of activities, ensuring the smooth running and overall effectiveness of the function
2. Identifying and setting-up key enabling processes to support functional effectiveness
3. Leading the planning and ongoing calendar management programme
4. Creating and maintaining relevant team and project documentation such as activity reports, lookaheads and milestone trackers
5. Provision of support to the planning, scheduling and activation phases of specific projects
6. Manage the delivery of key aspects of our Group Awards Programme including the finalist experience and Awards Ceremony
7. Managing purchasing activity, budget reporting, diary and travel management
