Permanent, full time Conveyancing Assistant required for a solicitor’s firm based in Wellington, TA21
1. Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
2. 1 hour lunch break (unpaid)
3. £23,000 per annum
About the role
4. Audio typing
5. Opening new files and managing the file throughout the transaction with the fee earner
6. Updating client databases – meeting with them to collect ID documents or fees etc
7. Sending out client care letters / emails and collating all the forms for the transaction
8. Preparing the file for closing once completion has taken place and archiving
The right candidate
9. Excellent communication skills – in person, on the phone and via email
10. Previous experience in a similar role
11. Comfortable with IT systems – Microsoft office
