Job Title: Client Services Manager
Our client is a trusted financial advisory firm committed to providing personalised wealth management solutions. They specialise in delivering tailored financial planning services, including Wealth Management, Estate Planning, Trust Services and Investment Advisory.

Package Details: The successful candidate will receive a Salary of £23,000-£28,000 Per Annum

Duties and Responsibilities: Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Administrative Support:
• Prepare and process client documentation, forms, and agreements.
• Manage accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings for advisors.
Client Service:
• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring friendly and professional communication.
• Prepare reports, valuations, and summaries for client reviews.
Compliance & Data Management:
• Ensure all client files comply with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
• Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) checks.
Coordination & Communication:
• Liaise with product providers and financial institutions to resolve queries.
• Support financial advisors in research and analysis of financial products.
Process Improvement:
• Contribute to improving company procedures and systems for efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment. Preferred:
• Knowledge of financial products, platforms, and services (e.g., pensions, ISAs, investments).
• Experience in an IFA or financial services environment.
