In this role you will assist in the planning, delivery and evaluation of engaging play in youth activities that foster a positive and inclusive environment. Skills and Experience In summary, the successful applicant will have the following qualities: Level 2 (or above) qualification in Youth Work or Play Work, or a willingness to undertake the training is desirable Some experience of working with children and young people An understanding of the issues that affect young people An ability to work as part of a team An ability to engage well with children and young people A firm commitment to the safeguarding of children and young people In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check.
