Rydym yn chwilio am rywun sydd â gwybodaeth am wasanaethau tai, yn enwedig Deddf Tai (Cymru) 2014, ynghyd â dealltwriaeth o bwysigrwydd atal digartrefedd. Croesewir profiad blaenorol ac rydym yn chwilio am ymgeiswyr sy'n dangos dealltwriaeth o anghenion amrywiol aelwydydd wrth asesu a phenderfynu ar y dyletswyddau statudol sy'n ymwneud â cheisiadau digartrefedd. Bydd gennych hefyd y gallu i ddeall sefyllfaoedd cymhleth a chyflym a dehongli deddfwriaeth.
Mae hwn yn gyfnod cyffrous i ymuno â'r gwasanaeth Datrysiadau Tai yng Nghonwy. Rydym ar hyn o bryd yn ailstrwythuro wrth i ni symud ymlaen gyda'n Cynllun Pontio Ailgartrefu Cyflym, gyda'r nod o wneud digartrefedd yn brin, yn fyr ac yn ddi-ail yn y Sir. Rydym yn chwilio am unigolion brwdfrydig, uchel eu cymhelliant ac sydd am gael y canlyniadau gorau un i drigolion y Sir. Byddwch yn ymuno â thîm prysur a gweithgar yn ystod cyfnod o drawsnewid lle mae pob diwrnod yn cynnig cyfle i wneud gwahaniaeth cadarnhaol.
O fewn y tîm, byddwch yn teimlo eich bod yn cael eich cefnogi gan eich cydweithwyr hynod frwdfrydig ac ymroddedig. Mae yna hefyd dîm pwrpasol o reolwyr profiadol a chefnogol, sydd ar gael bob amser. Bydd y rheolwyr yn cynnig cymorth drwy oruchwyliaeth ffurfiol reolaidd a sesiynau cyswllt dyddiol anffurfiol.

Do you want to make a difference to households in housing need? We are looking for an extremely motivated individual to join our team of Housing Solutions Officers to prevent and relieve homelessness in Conwy.
You will be the frontline professional delivering a first class, modern and flexible service to some of the most vulnerable people in the County. You will fulfil the council's statutory housing and homelessness assessment and decision making function, with particular focus on preventing homelessness.
We are looking for someone with housing knowledge, especially the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, plus an understanding of the importance of homelessness prevention. Previous experience is welcomed and we are looking for candidates that demonstrate an understanding of the varying needs of households when assessing and determining the statutory duties involved with homeless applications. You will also have an ability to understand complex, fast paced situations and interpret legislation.
This is an exciting time to be joining the Housing Solutions service in Conwy. We are currently restructuring as we move forward with our Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan, aiming to make homelessness rare, brief and unrepeated in the County. We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who want to get the very best outcomes for residents of the County. You will be joining a busy and hardworking team during a time of transformational change where every day offers an opportunity to make a positive difference.
Within the team you will feel supported by your committed and highly motivated colleagues. There is also a dedicated team of experienced, supportive and readily available managers. The management support will be available through regular formal supervision and informal daily check-ins.
