Requirements:
- Have a strong understanding of special educational needs and disabilities.
- Possess solid knowledge of safeguarding practices and keeping children safe in education.
- Demonstrate patience, resilience, and effective behaviour management skills.
- Can assist children in processing challenging emotions.
- Have experience in classroom settings or are willing to develop their skills using our CPD courses and resources.
- Are open to attending a trial to assess suitability for the role, if required.
- Professional, pro-active, and self-motivated in their approach.
- Well-versed in safeguarding and confident in handling various scenarios appropriately.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to different working environments.
- Organised and prepared, ensuring they meet the needs of both students and schools.

All educators have access to a personalised availability diary, which can be updated via telephone, online, or through our Educator App.
During your initial meeting with your dedicated consultant, we'll discuss your skills, preferences, and availability to ensure we match you to suitable opportunities.
Once you are fully vetted, you will receive notifications for bookings and vacancies that align with your preferences and skills. These will be communicated via telephone or the Educator App. In addition, you will gain access to our CPD Academy, webinars, and resources to support every aspect of your role, including interview preparation and essential skills development. Free safeguarding training and discounted courses are also available.
The rate of pay ranges from £12.90 to £14.50 per hour, depending on the specifics of the role and your experience.
