In this role, you will be key in managing and optimising our online sales operations to ensure a continuous shopping experience for our customers. You will support the day-to-day management of e-commerce platforms, customer interactions, order processing, and administrative tasks, helping RAS Trading UK maintain its reputation for excellence.
Main duties include:
• Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and other communication channels, providing exceptional service.
• Conduct inventory checks and coordinate with the team to maintain stock availability.
• Address customer reviews and feedback to enhance satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency in sales processes.
