Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to cover our successful Continence Care product portfolio across Lancs/Cumbria/Isle of Man.
Responsibilities
* Manage our portfolio and work across community and secondary care markets with exposure to influential key NHS stakeholders.
* Develop strong business management skills and bring a clinical and commercial understanding to the role.
* Successfully manage a 'business within a business' and adopt a fresh approach to new ways of working.
* Sell remotely through virtual interactions as well as field-based sales.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for the marketplace.
* An ability to work in partnership with customers at all levels and be solution-oriented.
* Some sales experience from the healthcare/device industry or commercially-minded individuals from the NHS, graduates, or those looking for their next move after 2-3 years sales experience.
