We are looking to recruit a highly capable and motivated Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join our high-volume and thriving Canary Wharf office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing buyer interactions, generating property viewings, and achieving sales targets. The role demands excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of the Canary Wharf area and market. This role will give you access to selling properties in the Canary Wharf, Aldgate, Wapping, and the City areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day interactions with buyers, including arranging viewings and securing sales.
* Maintain accurate records on our internal database.
* Professionally handle enquiries from various channels, including internet, phone, and walk-ins.
* Conduct property viewings and follow up on feedback from prospective buyers.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience as a Sales Negotiator or at least 3 to 5 years in a sales or customer service-driven role.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with vendors and buyers.
* Demonstrated track record in closing deals.
* Knowledge of the East London property market, including current trends, property values, and awareness of local competition is advantageous.
* Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and driven with a passion for outstanding customer service.
