Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
The successful candidate will drive the growth and scalability of our Bank of Hours and IMHR+ products, you will identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities, developing a robust go-to-market (GTM) plan, and building a scalable product roadmap. The Client Product Manager will also collaborate with external partners to create an app-based solution, enhancing the product’s accessibility and user experience. There will also be a requirement to assist with general day to day support; assisting with proposals, client onboarding, conflict checks, invoicing, renewals, refunds and relationship upselling/cross selling, etc. Key focus areas include:
Growth Strategy and GTM Plan:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Bank of Hours & IMHR+ products.
2. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and customer segments.
3. Create and implement a go-to-market (GTM) plan to drive product adoption and mark.
Product Roadmap and Scalability:
4. Build and maintain a detailed product roadmap focused on scalability and long-term growth.
5. Collaborate with external businesses to develop an app-based solution, enhancing product accessibility and functionality.
6. Prioritise product features and enhancements based on business goals, customer feedback, and market trends.
Stakeholder Management:
7. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
8. Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the Bank of Hours & IMHR+ products.
Line Management and BAU support
9. Line Management responsibility of a Client Product Executive.
10. Assist and provide overflow support to the Client Product Executive on a range of BAU tasks to ensure the everyday smooth running of Bank of Hours and IMHR+ inc. drafting proposals to win new clients and ensuring their sooth onboarding as well as upselling and cross selling existing clients into other service lines.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
11. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
12. Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, user engagement, and market trends to senior management.
13. Responsible and accountable for forecasting budget spend for the Bank of Hours & IMHR+ products ensuring that forecasting is accurate, up to date backed with strong and sound commercial decisions.
14. To lead a high performing Product Team to ensure that the growth strategy, go to market plan and associated KPIs are achieved.
Customer Focus:
15. Ensure a customer-centric approach in all product development activities.
16. Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.
About You
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Product Manager who is proactive, self-motivated and has a good understanding of project methodologies. Our ideal candidate will have the following:
17. Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager or a Project Management background, preferably within the legal or financial services industry.
18. The ability to think strategically, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
19. The ability to manage multiple priorities, being highly organised and detail orientated.
20. Demonstrateble experience of a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
21. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
22. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
