Financial Planning Support Administrator
Are you looking for a part-time role (3-4 days a week) in a supportive team? Do you have a background in financial planning, particularly with pension schemes? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
You will be part of a great team that supports the Advisors in all their administration needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Client contact mainly over the phone and email, with some face-to-face interactions.
* Appointment and meeting organization, including managing diaries for colleagues and clients.
* Collating information for meetings and presenting professional, client-friendly portfolio information.
* Participating in various projects as they arise.
* Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and client requests.
* Receiving support towards professional qualifications, including fully funded study and exams.
* Completing a full training program with the Operations Manager and wider team.
Details & benefits:
* Salary: GBP25,000 to GBP35,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
* Hours: 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working introduced after a 3-month settling-in period)
