Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Your Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will:
* Oversee the design and development of a brand-new multi-bed children's home.
* Lead a dedicated team, fostering a positive and supportive culture.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, maintaining an Ofsted-ready status.
* Provide high-quality care and support for children, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
* Manage resources, including budgets, staffing, and training, to deliver exceptional outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and represent the home professionally.
* Play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the home and the wider organisation.
What We're Looking For:
* At least two years experience at a senior level within a children's residential home.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Strong organisational and leadership skills with a passion for delivering high standards of care.
* A creative, imaginative, and aspirational approach to childcare.
* Commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for young people.
