Salary: £88.94 – £104.84 per day (Depending on experience)

About the Role:
This is a full-time role ideal for a graduate who is keen to build a career in education, mental health, youth work, or psychology. You’ll be supporting students with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
Job Responsibilities:
* Support children with a range of special educational needs including Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
* Work 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.
* Promote positive behaviour and help manage emotional regulation in pupils.
* Assist with tailored learning interventions and activities that meet each child’s individual needs.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
* Help foster an inclusive and safe environment for all learners.
Job Requirements:
* A degree in psychology, education, social sciences or a related field
* Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEMH needs
* A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to behaviour and emotional regulation.
* A desire to learn and develop within a school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
