In this role, you will have a mixed responsibility as a full-time receptionist and some part-time secretarial duties. Don't worry if you don't have much experience in secretarial tasks, as our client will provide you with training. This position also offers the potential opportunity to progress to a full-time legal secretary role in the future.
As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our client's organisation, so having a personable and friendly personality is crucial. You will be expected to work Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with an hour for lunch. The office is conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk from the Felixstowe train station, and parking on site.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £20,000 to £25,000 per annum, along with 5 weeks of annual leave and a statutory pension.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Assist with secretarial duties as needed, including typing, proofreading, and document preparation.
Maintain an organised and tidy reception area.
Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks or projects.Requirements:

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
