Job summary To be responsible for providing and maintaining a safe healthcare environment for patients, staff and visitors at the relevant locality, and for the Maintenance of all Building and essential Engineering infrastructure systems (e.g. heating, electricity, medical gases, etc) to support clinical services in the locality. Manage the day to day workload independently, and to work on own initiative, using personal judgement to prioritise and organise work in order to meet required deadlines.
