Guaranteed but uncapped Requirements: 18 Purpose of the role The Contact Centre Agent allows Interact to provide services to our clients and customers, you will be managing inbound and outbound calls for our clients, these are sales calls providing telecommunication products and services. Answering calls promptly and professionally in line with our clients brand values Exceeding client sales and cross sell targets through exceptional customer service, actively listening to customers' concerns and offering appropriate solutions Assisting customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing and account management Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records Ensuring customer satisfaction on all calls About You Skills and experience We are a people person company looking for confident individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
