Job summary The post holder will provide leadership and have full managerial responsibility for the Division. They will be responsible for the delivery of operational and performance targets, the achievement of local and national standards, human resources, quality and governance targets and budgetary control. The post holder will work closely with the Divisional Medical Director and the Director of Performance to ensure optimum performance, service integration and contribute to the development of Trust services within the organisation and the local health economy.
