Join us as a Online Product Build Assistant and you’ll be a big part of this. Responsible for supporting the set-up and launch of online products. Owning process inputs, tracking progress and circulating regular reports to ensure projects are completed in-full and on-time. Working closely with key stakeholders in the Category, Digital Content & Supply teams. Responsibilities: Working with the Digital and Category teams, support the online product launch process on both diy.com and trade-point.co.uk Coordinate and track the online product launch CPA, managing capacity and communicating regular updates & actions to stakeholders Review and govern project inputs, issue new project log numbers and drive process efficiency and simplification Responsible for coordinating status updates from stakeholders across the business, engaging and working closely with the Category, Supply, Fulfilment, Stock, Data & Content teams Maintain reporting tools to manage capacity, identify products ready to go-live on site and ensure communication and action is taken to facilitate timely launch Escalate barriers to the Lead Channel Planner and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver solutions Required Skills & Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Strong planning and prioritisation skills Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management.
