* Salary: A very attractive daily rate (in the region of £300+ p/d) plus monthly commission.
* Venue Location: Merseyside, however you can work wherever you like - remote, hybrid, or on-site.
Overview of the role:
* As a crucial part of the team, covering a period of changeover, this role will involve leading in the growth of high value corporate events, private stays, and weddings.
* Proactively identify and target high-potential clients within the private event / golf sector.
* Build and nurture relationships with decision makers.
* Attend industry events and exhibitions being a visible brand ambassador.
* Effectively track and manage leads within their CRM.
* Research of competitor venues.
* Track your sales pipeline to deliver back to the CEO.

Required skills and experience:
* Experience of working in a business development role within the luxury / high-end hospitality / events industry is highly desirable.
* Extremely self-motivated and experience of identifying potential new business opportunities.
