What Will You Do? As a Sales Estimator, your role will begin with a variety of administrative duties and customer service tasks, with the opportunity to grow into a full Estimator role. Your initial responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with general administrative duties to support the team.
* Greeting and serving trade customers as needed, ensuring their needs are met.
* Ensuring brochures and product information are replenished and available for customers.
* Providing accurate and timely quotations to trade clients and homeowners using our system.
Once fully trained, you’ll take on more responsibilities in the Estimator role, which includes:
* Processing quotations using our Windows Designer software.
* Preparing quotations and offering dedicated customer service to trade clients.
* Managing your workload effectively to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Who Are We Looking For? To be considered for this role, you’ll need to bring a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment. The right candidate will have:
* Good computer and IT skills (experience with design software is a plus).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
