Job Description
3. Handling all aspects of accounts receivable
4. Managing client invoices and ensuring timely payment
5. Resolving any billing queries and discrepancies
6. Regularly reviewing customer credit limits
7. Preparing monthly reports and forecasts
8. Maintaining up-to-date records of all transactions
9. Collaborating closely with other team members and departments
10. Adhering to all internal policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Sales Ledger Clerk should have:
11. An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
12. Good experience in a transactional finance position
13. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
14. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
15. Proficiency in relevant accounting software
